SSENSE is an international online retailer known for its directional selection of over 200 brands including Saint-Laurent, Givenchy, Thom Browne, Valentino, Hood by Air, Acne Studios, Giuseppe Zanotti, Maison Martin Margiela, Marc Jacobs, Alexander McQueen, Balmain and many more.

As an authorized retailer, SSENSE guarantees the authenticity of every product we stock. Certain items will also include the designer's own proof of authenticity.

Given the amount of orders we process each day, the availability of any merchandise on the site is always subject to change. The best way to stay up to date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales is to sign up for our newsletter.


Pricing and currency are displayed according to the IP address of your device. If you are accessing our website from within Canada, prices will be shown in CAD. If you are accessing our website from the United States, prices will be shown in USD. If you are accessing from Europe, prices will be shown in EURO. If you are accessing from the United Kingdom, prices will be shown in GBP. For all other destinations, prices will be shown in USD.

International duties and taxes

International duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. If taxes and duties are included in the price of your order this will be mentioned at checkout.

Alternatively, your order may not include taxes and duties. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.

Sales tax

Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax. Orders shipped to:

- Quebec are subject to 5% GST and 9.5% PST on the purchase amount, or a total sales tax of 14.975%.
- British Columbia are subject to 5% GST.
- Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick, are subject to 13% HST.
- Nova Scotia are subject to 15% HST.
- Any other Canadian provinces or territories are subject to 5% GST.


You can add and remove products from your shopping bag before you checkout.

Upon checkout, you will be asked to sign into your SSENSE account. On the checkout page you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used.

Please note that the price and currency charged is determined by the shipping address entered at checkout.

U.S orders will be charged in USD. Canadian orders will be charged in CAD. Orders shipping to Europe will be charged in Euro. Orders shipping to U.K will be charged in GPB. Finally, all orders shipping outside above mentioned regions will be charged in USD.

We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Amex and Discover cards are supported through the Paypal guest or member checkout.

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorisation when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

Please review the order confirmation and contact us here if you see any errors. You can also review the details of your order from your SSENSE account, under Order History.

Order status

You can verify the status of your order at any time from your SSENSE account, under Order History.

Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A 'Processing' status means that your order has not yet been shipped.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Order changes and cancellations

You can request an order change or cancellation from your SSENSE account, under Order History. From there you can choose from the 'Modify' menu to submit a request for your pending orders. Your order will be on hold until our Customer Care team can review your request.


Sizes are listed on our website according to the information provided by our suppliers. Simply click on the 'Select a Size' menu to view all available sizes.

We understand that picking a size can be difficult sometimes, which is why we offer the following information to help you make a decision.

Size conversion chart

You can find our size conversion chart by clicking on the 'View Size Chart' tab on the product page. Please note that sizing may vary by brand, as well as the product itself, and may not fully match the information shown on the chart. This chart is meant as a general guide only. The most accurate information we can provide you with regarding an product’s size will be its exact measurements.

Product measurements

We provide detailed measurements for many of our products online. You can find this information by clicking on the 'View Size Chart' tab. Measurements are taken by us as accurately as possible with products lying flat on a table.

If you are still unsure about an product’s size, please contact our Customer Care team here so that we can assist you further. If detailed measurements are not already available online, we can email you the information within one business day.

Price protection

Excluding coupons and temporary price reductions, we offer a one time price adjustment on products purchased up to 14 days before it is discounted. For products to qualify for a price adjustment, the same style and size must be available for purchase at the time of your price adjustment request.
