Creating an account is required to complete any transaction on ssense.com. You can create an account or login to your existing account at www.ssense.com/account/login. Registering also allows you to:
- Checkout faster
- Verify the status of your orders
- Modify your pending orders
- Track orders that have shipped
- Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed on new arrivals, trends, promotions, and sales.
You can also modify your password and manage your addresses from within your SSENSE account at any time. It is not possible to change your account's email address. If you wish to use a different email address, please create a new SSENSE account.
You can reset your account password at any time at www.ssense.com/account/forgot-password. You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
You can request an order change or cancellation as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. Requests can be made once you login to your SSENSE account, under Order History.
