Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

Duties and Taxes
Canada
For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes -- these depend on which province the order is being shipped to. Since SSENSE is a Montreal-based company, Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery as the shipment is not traversing any borders.

International
We ship to over 40 countries with duties and taxes included. If applicable, duties and taxes will be included in the final price at check out and your order will be shipped DPU, point of delivery basis (Incoterms 2020) . We will provide the transportation carrier with information to assist with local customs clearance formalities, however, if required, you may need to provide additional information to your local customs authority as you will be acting as the importer of record. Upon delivery, you will not be required to pay any additional duties, taxes or fees.

If duties and taxes are not included in the final price at check out, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.

United States

All of the SSENSE products are sold and supplied to you on a DDP (delivered duty paid), point of delivery basis (Incoterms 2020). Accordingly, SSENSE will be the importer of record for the import of the SSENSE products into the United States, and SSENSE or its authorized customs broker will handle all Customs entry formalities and will pay all duties and taxes applicable to the importation of the SSENSE products into the United States.

Customs duties are assessed by U.S. Customs & Border Protection on the SSENSE products when those products are imported into the United States, based on the country of origin of the products and/or the classification of the products. As such, the applicable U.S. Customs duty rate may vary from product to product depending on the country of origin of the SSENSE product and/or its classification.

SSENSE’s invoice for the products sold to you pursuant to your order will include not only the SSENSE list prices for those products, but also (i) the actual shipping costs incurred by SSENSE for the shipment of the products to the address listed in your purchase order; and (ii) all estimated United States Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) incurred by or on behalf of SSENSE in connection with the importation of the SSENSE products into the United States.

- SSENSE reserves the right, occasionally, to run free shipping promotions for a limited time on the SSENSE website and mobile app. 
- SSENSE has the right to change, extend or end promotions at any time. 
- Free shipping is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the email sent to the claimant by SSENSE and/or banner on the SSENSE website and SSENSE App with at least 48 hours notice prior to expiry. 
- Additional restrictions may apply.
- Accurate transit time available at checkout.

Full-price orders:
- Orders where the free shipping eligibility applies on the full-price merchandise subtotal (coupon included) above the full-price thresholds indicated in the table below.
- The offer will be automatically applied at checkout. 
- If an item is not eligible, as occasionally indicated on the product detail page, the offer will not be reflected at checkout.

Other orders:
- Orders that don't meet the full-price free shipping eligibility mentioned above and that don't include restricted products are still eligible for free shipping if they meet the Other order threshold indicated in the table below. Other orders include and are not limited to Sale orders.

Restricted Orders: 
- Orders that include products excluded from free shipping as indicated on the product display page are not eligible for free shipping and disqualify the entire order from the free shipping promotion regardless of the order value. All orders including at least one (1) excluded product will pay a flat shipping fee equivalent to the "Restricted" fee indicated in the table below.
