Jan-Jan Van Essche TROUSERS for Men
Belgian designer Jan-Jan Van Essche launched his eponymous menswear label in 2010 after graduating from the Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Arts. The minimalist brand honors a multitude of cultural practices in its experimentations with weaving and garment construction. Its signature fluid silhouette involves minimal seaming, and thoughtfully sourced fabrics highlight natural tones and subtle textures. Waxed cotton provides durability to refined outerwear, while luxurious wool textiles serve as the backdrop for loose-fitting trousers and billowing pullovers.
