London-based SELASI captures the essence of minimalist luxury with formfitting, sculptural ready-to-wear pieces that function as extensions of the body. The label, founded in 2020 by photographer-turned-designer Ronan Mckenzie, is named after an expression in the Ghanaian Ewe language meaning “God hears me,” a reflection of the calm conviction that characterizes the collection. Blending elements of leisure and formality, the line features intricately layered tank tops, billowing trousers, and monochromatic bodysuits that play with proportion and are interpreted in tonal beiges, browns, and greens.
