Baja East designers Scott Studenberg and John Targon founded their line of self-described “ambisexual” ready-to-wear in 2013. Deconstructing and reconstructing classically identifiable menswear, Baja inserts clever quirks like their signature ikat graffiti print, or beachy knitwear boasting the artisanal glory of hand-spun, hand-knit Turkish toweling. Jumpsuits, oversized cardigans, and drop-rise trousers are constructed with a meticulous level of detail in order to gracefully fit men and women alike.
