Kyeongmin Kim and Seyoung Hong launched ready-to-wear label Birrot in 2018 in Copenhagen, naming it after a Korean word that means “to draw a process to its conclusion.” The brand creates smart, minimalist collections inspired by the sartorial simplicity of Danish culture and the style, methods, and palettes of Korean design. Made from organic and recycled materials, pieces like sharp blouses, flowing trousers, classic trenches, and cross-body bags feature comfortable yet stimulating silhouettes crafted through Japanese pattern-cutting techniques.
