Launched in 2019, Shanghai- and Paris-based label DIDU channels contemporary social narratives into sensual ready-to-wear with a highly emotional core. A graduate of Antwerp's Royal Academy of Fine Arts in fashion, founder and designer Di Du blends her Chinese background with a strong yet playful interpretation of femininity in the label's collections. Romantic pleats, provocative slits, and pronounced flares recast blazers and trousers as futuristic clubwear, magnifying the coy Y2K allure of intricate layering, cutouts, and hardware inserts on tops and dresses.
