Self-taught designer Ev Bravado, who has collaborated with the likes of Virgil Abloh and Heron Preston, founded Who Decides War in 2016. The New York–based brand has since grown into a commanding presence in contemporary streetwear and is known for its distinct sartorial language inspired by military gear and DIY design. The visually rich collections include pieces like elaborately decorated and distressed denim jeans, T-shirts with faded watercolor prints, and deconstructed, appliquéd jackets.
