Self-taught designer Ev Bravado, who has collaborated with the likes of Virgil Abloh and Heron Preston, founded Who Decides War in 2016. The New York–based brand has since grown into a commanding presence in contemporary streetwear and is known for its distinct sartorial language inspired by military gear and DIY design.
