Karina Smagulova HOME
After studying architecture in her native Greece, ceramicist Karina Smagulova began working with clay in 2016. Her namesake label crafts sculptural homeware like vases and vessels with curvy contours and organic profiles that highlight the beauty of imperfections. The neutral-toned stoneware and earthenware pieces are made with natural materials like grogged and vulcan clay, and are all hand-built in Smagulova’s London studio using methods like coiling. Endowed with a raw and mature simplicity, Karina Smagulova’s collection of ceramics offers a tender and robust charm to any modern decor.
