Artist and maker Spencer Daly launched Apartment 1007 in 2020, bringing his architectural and technical knowledge to the worlds of furniture and jewelry design. The Los Angeles–based label evokes a spirit of DIY construction through its signature style of relying on raw construction materials as its design features. Home furnishings like lounge chairs and stools are made of untreated lumber and egg-crate foam, while accessories like handcrafted curb-chain necklaces and bracelets use screws and bolts as ornamentation.
