Small Talk Studio TANK TOPS

Nick Williams and Phil Ayers have seen their label Small Talk Studio evolve from a casual side project to a major menswear talking point since its launch in 2017. The New York–based brand’s early collections established its signature blend of workwear and hand-drawn graphics that showcase Williams’s playful, nostalgic style. The late Virgil Abloh took notice of the brand, leading to an Off-White collaboration that would further nudge Small Talk Studio into the public eye and toward eventual collaborations with the likes of Karu Research and Carhartt WIP. In drawing a parallel between workwear and the work of art, Small Talk Studio’s clothing tells new stories through long-beloved silhouettes.
