HYACYN filters Tobias Ulmer’s intercontinental perspective into textured, distressed, and unapologetic menswear. Raised in Germany and now based in New York, his collections carry traces of his hometown’s gothic infrastructure and his adopted city’s industrial landscape, expressed across ready-to-wear, accessories, and footwear that feel both majestic and decadent. Trousers and shorts arrive in imposing proportions, paired with experimental 3D-printed footwear. Rebellious flourishes—spray-painted graphics and raw distressing—lend a lived-in edge, reflecting HYACYN’s urge to disrupt. The result is a distinct dress code for the misfit at heart.
