Conner Ives CLOTHING
New York–born designer Conner Ives gives contemporary form to nostalgia with his eponymous line of sultry and colorful womenswear. Having worked for Rihanna prior to his graduation from Central Saint Martins, Ives designs with the distinct confidence of a young visionary. Channeling memories of the icons who have inspired him, Ives fashions his eclectic vision of Americana using an elaborate combination of textiles from sustainably sourced, upcycled garments and deadstock materials. Fringed scarf dresses and bohemian tops are embroidered with vintage florals, repurposed collegiate T-shirts are decorated with distressed bows, and fleece pullovers feature prints of gradient sunsets. With a playful approach to design, Conner Ives condenses the history of American fashion into a collection of uniquely charming womenswear.
