Maison Kitsuné TROUSERS

Inspired by Japanese concept stores during a fruitful trip to Tokyo, former Daft Punk manager Gildas Loaëc and architect Masaya Kuroki founded their record-cum-fashion label Maison Kitsuné in 2002. The duo merged their shared interest in minimalist Parisian style and electronic music to create a distinctive single-brand experience, transgressing the traditional constraints of both industries. The brand’s moniker, “kitsune”—the Japanese word for “fox” and venerated mythical shape-shifter with a multitude of manifestations—evokes the brand’s manifold identity. The signature Kitsuné fox logo emblazons a varied assortment of offerings, ranging from refined streetwear classics to tech accessories and towels. With each new collection, the label continues to showcase a light-hearted blend of Japanese minimalism and Parisian prep.
