WARDROBE.NYC JEANS for Women
Recognizing a need for a more eco-conscious mode of design and communication, Australian designers Josh Goot and Christine Centenera founded their luxury ready-to-wear label, WARDROBE.NYC, in 2017. Pioneering a direct-to-consumer model for luxury essential garments, whereby all garments are designed in New York and constructed in Italy, the design duo counters damaging cycles of production and consumption persistent in fast fashion. WARDROBE.NYC’s selection of unfussy basics, ranging from streetwear-informed hoodies and puffer jackets to tailored skirts and blazers, are constructed from superior materials in limited quantities resulting in durable garments meant to last. Demonstrating longevity equally in aesthetic and construction, WARDROBE.NYC’s monochromatic colorways and streamlined silhouettes transcend the temporal nature of trends, furnishing the wearer’s wardrobe with timeless foundational pieces. Refining the notion of luxury to its most essential form, WARDROBE.NYC’s easy-to-pair garments impart a minimalist sophistication fit for the modern urbanite.Recognizing a need for a more eco-conscious mode of design and communication, Australian designers Josh Goot and Christine Centenera founded their luxury ready-to-wear label, WARDROBE.NYC, in 2017.
