Serapis SHORTS for Men
Fashion and art collective Serapis finds inspiration in the Greek maritime industry. Founded in 2014, the Athens-based collective pays tribute to the rich culture and strong work ethic of ship workers—the everyday people who form the backbone of the shipping industry. Inspired by traditional maritime uniforms, Serapis reimagines functional attire as refined garments constructed from superior materials. In the brand's extended offering of accessories and homewares, French terry towels, fleece blankets, and airy bed sheets feature seascapes and busy port towns. Photographic prints of hot summer sand and fluorescent blue water adorn laptop and pillowcases. Every item belongs to its own unique series, each with an individual production number written on the tag. Holding personal narratives at the core of its design process and working from archival materials, Serapis offers a heartfelt vision of contemporary Greece.Fashion and art collective Serapis finds inspiration in the Greek maritime industry.
