Carter Young

Founded in 2019, New York–based Carter Young provides a considered update to classic American fashion with its unisex garments. The brand’s aesthetic is inspired by menswear silhouettes and a wide range of Americana—from “Easy Rider” and Coca-Cola to Tim Burton’s “Sleepy Hollow” and early 2000s alt-band Goth. The bespoke ready-to-wear garments are all constructed in small batches in New York’s Garment District using a mix of vintage and new materials. With a steadfast commitment to quality, Carter Young converts nostalgia into something distinctly modern and inclusive.
