Prototypes is the Swiss label transforming deadstock garments into singular pieces through inventive reconstruction. Founded in 2021 by VETEMENTS alumni Laura Beham and Callum Pidgeon, the label blends studio precision with DIY accessibility. Beyond its distinctive ready-to-wear collections, Prototypes offers Proto Packs and Proto Prints—tools that invite wearers to personalize and extend the life of their clothing. With upcycling as both ethos and method, the label redefines value in fashion, not by creating new things, but by seeing the old anew.
