Lauren Manoogian PANTS for Women
After studying textiles at Rhode Island School of Design, Brooklyn-based designer Lauren Manoogian debuted her namesake label in 2011. Initially a collection of handcrafted jewelry and knitwear, the brand has grown to include a full range of women’s ready-to-wear. Inspired by her extensive travels, and African and South American approaches to design, Manoogian’s unique creative process incorporates the use of antiquated handlooms and ethically-sourced, organic textiles. Quilted jackets, relaxed trousers, and luxe Supima cotton t-shirts in neutral tones evoke easy refinement, while signature oversized sweaters and blanket-style scarves in premium alpaca, merino wool, and cashmere highlight the brand’s knitwear roots.After studying textiles at Rhode Island School of Design, Brooklyn-based designer Lauren Manoogian debuted her namesake label in 2011.
