Founded by Consuelo Castiglioni, Marni has been a unique and exciting voice in the fashion landscape since its 1994 debut. The Milan-based label believes in fashion as an opportunity for experimentation and self-expression, delivered in modern classics with an abundantly playful spirit. The brand’s creative director, Francesco Risso, appointed in 2016, culls inspiration from sources as varied as the Dada art movement, childhood memories, and Japanese deconstructionists to expand its protean sartorial vocabulary without losing sight of its nonconformist roots.
