AIREI ACCESSORIES

Established in 2021, AIREI is a Los Angeles–based label that fuses modern tailoring with an experimental approach to textiles. Its name comes from the Greek expression “to cut away,” symbolic of the label’s focus on deconstructing and recontextualizing materials. Propelled by his study of the history of cotton, Drew Curry started AIREI as a conceptual exploration of clothing, emphasizing the imperfections of fabric in the brand’s design language. Open-knit sweaters and balaclavas appear on the brink of unraveling, while vests, blazers, and jeans are embellished with raw thread detailing, serving as a reminder of each garment’s underlying components. Made for the bold and unconventional, AIREI reimagines the contemporary wardrobe with its expressive offering.
