Arpa Studios

Arpa Studios is a fragrance brand founded in 2020 that combines scent, music, architecture, and imagery into an immersive experience provoking all the senses. Inspired by his own synesthesia, founder Barnabé Fillion, the former in-house perfumer at Aesop, visualizes fragrances as invisible landscapes of translucent color, memory, sound, and material. Core scents include Arco Spettro, inspired by the acidic craters in Dallol, Ethiopia; Fosforo, a petitgrain and iris scent evoking the waters surrounding the island of Kyushu, Japan; and Recedere, a blend of licorice, neroli, and plaster that aims to conjure a plaster studio in the Belgian Blue Forest. With its limited edition bottles hand-blown by artist Jochen Holz, Arpa Studios is a collaborative brand for the fragrance connoisseur.
