Canadian-born designer Jacques-Elie Ribeyron founded his eponymous accessories label in 2014. The Parisian atelier’s designs bridge the gap between the natural and the industrial, drawing inspiration from the unrefined aspects of utilitarian hardware. Technical synthetic materials are precisely crafted by hand, with Ribeyron’s architectural pieces designed to explore the relationship between ornamentation and the body. Acetate and resin necklaces are rendered in organic, irregular shapes; supple calfskin earrings are adorned with sturdy rhodium hardware; and screw-shaped rings and bracelets are finished in fine 24k gold.
