Created in 1945 by French couturier Madame Carven de Tommaso, Carven stands for a democratic vision of fashion. Madame Carven lived free from the conventions and shackles of the time, and her style offered accessible luxury in simple, refined designs inspired by Parisian chic and not affected by ostentation. Now headed by former Givenchy designers Alexis Martial and Adrien Caillaudaud, the house's men's and womenswear is known for its fresh and modern aesthetic: brightly colored coats, pop visuals, and graphic separates.
