About TSUMORI CHISATO ▼
Cult favorite, Tsumori Chisato, got her start designing for Issey Miyake's sportswear line before founding her own label in 1990. Known for her exuberant, color-drenched prints, Chisato's futuristic, girly aesthetic became a sensation with Tokyo street fashionistas that went international in 2003. Her impeccably crafted designs bring an aesthetic of "bohemian manga cuteness" to the Japanese avant-garde.
