Opening Ceremony began as the in-house brand of the NYC boutique founded by Humberto Leon and Carol Lim in 2002. Since its beginnings as a "basics-plus" collection of monochrome knitwear, it has expanded into a design leader whose simple yet timeless silhouettes are always approached with a fresh outlook.
