Gothenburg designer, Per Andersson, launched Velour in 2001, originally as an in-house label for his popular vintage shop. Inspired by the innovative ways in which he observed his clients mixing vintage and contemporary fashion, Andersson applied the skills learned in his family’s tailoring business to creating collections of preppy classics with unique prints and a nonchalant, contemporary feel.
