Ssense.com makes browsing through its items and brands easy. You may browse by first selecting the "men" or "women" link on the first page. Then, you have the option of browsing by category (T-shirts, belts, or others) or by brand.
You can also use the search option for browsing by color, item name, item code or keyword.
At any time, you can view the items you have added to your cart by clicking on the "view cart" link.
Item Availability
The merchandise available on this website may change frequently. We will keep you updated on the new arrivals and sales if you register to receive.
Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability within 48 hours of the time of purchase.
Registering
Filling the registration form and registering is required to complete any transaction on this website. You will need to activate your account through the email address submitted.
You may register or login to your account by accessing the "my account" link.
Registering also allows you to:

o Verify order status
o Checkout faster
o Receive email updates and promotions to get regular insights about trends and sales

Forgot your password?
If you forget your password when registering, you only need to click on the "forgot password?" link. You will be sent an email with a temporary password. In this case, it is very preferable to change your temporary password as soon as possible.

Order management
You may cancel any order as long as the order status is "pending". If order status is "shipped", it cannot be cancelled.
You can view your order history and order status in your account by clicking on the "order status" link.
Sales tax
Residents of Quebec pay a 5% GST and 7.5% PST on the balance for a total of 12.875% and Canadian residents outside Quebec pay a 5% GST.
Customs
For purchases outside of Canada, you should consult the customs legislations of your country.

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

Exchange and Return
Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are on final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Policy
Returns must be shipped with a USPS service providing tracking number and insurance. Returns shipped with other companies than USPS will be rejected.
Returns must be done within 21 days of the reception of the package. The item must not be worn, altered or washed and must have its original tags. We do not accept returns for underwear and swimwear. Shipping fees are not refundable. You will be charged for any fees incurred and an extra 10$ restocking fee. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of the reception of the item at ssense.com offices.
All returns should be authorized by us before the item is sent back, you'll be provided with a return authorization number. Returns must be made with a shipping method providing tracking number and insurance. The return authorization number should be written on the package. All the returned items should be declared as a "return" on the custom declaration, returned items that don't have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender.
Exchange Policy
Only items shipped to the U.S. and Canada are eligible for a return.
